Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This is a practical production privacy draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel as Mini Tech expands into additional jurisdictions.

This Privacy Policy explains how Mini Tech handles personal information when you use Mini Tech accounts and products such as SlideTell.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email address and account/profile information you provide. If you use a supported identity provider, we receive the account information required to sign you in.

Product content: presentations, slides, text, images, settings and other content you create or upload in a Mini Tech product.

Usage and entitlement data: product access tier, subscription state, feature/usage events needed to enforce allowances, and operational timestamps.

Payment-related data: payment providers process payment credentials. Mini Tech stores only identifiers and billing/subscription state needed to reconcile payments and product access; it does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, security events and standard hosting/server logs.

2. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the Services, save and render product content, provide exports/sharing you request, enforce plan limits, reconcile billing and entitlements, deliver account/service communications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

Mini Tech uses service providers where needed to operate the Services. Current infrastructure may include Supabase for authentication/database/storage and Vercel for application hosting. Payments may be processed by Paddle or ABA Bank / ABA PayWay. Transactional email may be delivered through Supabase or another configured email provider. These providers process data under their own legal and security obligations.

4. Product data separation

Mini Tech uses a shared identity and entitlement foundation, while product operational data is kept within the relevant product’s own database/security boundary. A product does not receive another product’s operational content simply because the same Mini Tech account is used for both.

5. AI and your content

Mini Tech does not claim ownership of your product content. Mini Tech does not use private project content to train general-purpose AI models. Where a user explicitly invokes an AI feature, the minimum content needed for that requested function may be processed by the configured AI service, subject to the feature’s disclosed behavior and applicable provider terms.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the Services, when you direct a sharing action, when required by law, to protect rights/security, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and product data are generally retained while your account remains active. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or recoverable states before permanent deletion. Billing, fraud-prevention, security and accounting records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

8. Cookies

Mini Tech uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, session security and basic preferences. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will be disclosed and controlled where required before use.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Account/profile controls should be used where available; otherwise use the official support/contact method published on minitech.app or in the relevant product.

10. International processing

Infrastructure and payment providers may process data outside Cambodia or your country of residence. Mini Tech uses established providers and relies on the safeguards they provide where legally required.

11. Security

Mini Tech applies access controls, encrypted transport, product-level data isolation and server-side authorization controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected security issues should be reported through the official Mini Tech support/contact channel.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16 and Mini Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as products, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will display a revised “Last updated” date, with additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
